A council, care provider or family member contacts ICM with what is needed.

2. We plan the journey

The team agrees the details, considers the support needed and matches the journey with an appropriate driver.

3. A safe, supported journey

The person is collected, accompanied and supported with patience and dignity.

4. We keep everyone informed

Families, councils and care teams are kept updated in the way agreed for that journey.

We keep our language and service details under review so that every safeguarding, compliance and service claim can be checked before launch.
